I've spent twenty years across product and engineering, mostly on products where pricing, matching, and incentive systems decide whether the business works. Most recently I led Marketplace and Fulfillment platforms at Gojek — the ML-driven systems behind ride-hailing, food, and delivery, processing millions of transactions a day. Before that I spent eight years at Rakuten Viki, taking the subscription business from zero to a global product across web, iOS, and Android. I was at Viki through the Rakuten acquisition, and at Gojek through the IPO. I spent six years as a software engineer before any of that.
I'm drawn to the products where the complexity sits beyond the feature itself — marketplaces, platforms, subscriptions, incentives, workflows, SaaS integrations, and everything underneath that has to work for them. It's the work I keep coming back to.
These days I'm also building independently — public guides for spaces where the information is everywhere but usually attached to someone selling you something, a daily PM training tool, games for my child, and smaller things across everyday life. I build most of them end-to-end — auth, payments, analytics, distribution — the parts most senior PMs eventually hand off and lose the muscle for.
I'm open to hard problems with serious teams — full-time, fractional, or consulting at the leadership level.
I also help solopreneurs and small teams use AI to find bottlenecks, reduce operational overhead, and unlock scale.
